SINGAPORE (ICIS)--China's Shanghai Chlor-Alkali Chemical (SCAC) plans to restart its 100,000 tonne/year paste polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plant in east China at the end of October, a company source said on Monday.

The company shut the plant for routine maintenance on 19 October and it is expected to last for about 10 days, the company source added.
