LONDON (ICIS)--German chemicals major Evonik is looking to expand its foothold in the southeast Asian coatings products market through a distribution deal with market expansion specialist DKSH, the Switzerland-based firm said on Thursday.
Under the terms of the deal, the Asia-focused company will market and distribute products manufactured by Tego, Evonik’s coatings subsidiary, in Indonesia and Thailand.
Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
DKSH will also distribute Evonik’s coatings and adhesive resins product portfolio in Indonesia and Vietnam, the company said.
