SINGAPORE (ICIS)--?xml:namespace>China’s Fujian Meizhouwan Chlor-Alkali Chemical is expected to achieve on-spec production at its 30,000 tonne/year butanediol (BDO) plant on 30 October, a company source said on Monday.
The plant in southern Fujian province was restarted on 25 October after a turnaround for a catalyst change in early October, the source said.
The company delayed the restart of the plant by a few days from the original date of 15 October because of some mechanical issues, according to the source.
