SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Thailand’s Integrated Refinery and Petrochemical Complex (IRPC) is expected to restart its 120,000 tonne/year polypropylene (PP) plant at Map Ta Phut, Thailand on 6 November following scheduled maintenance, a source close to the company said on Wednesday.
The plant was shut early last week, the source said.
The producer’s two other PP plants at the same location, with a combined capacity of 390,000 tonnes/year, were not included in the same maintenance schedule, he said.
The producer was not immediately available for comment.
