SINGAPORE (ICIS)--China’s Hangzhou Zhechen Rubber restarted its 50,000 tonne/year styrene butadiene rubber (SBR) plant at Hangzhou, Zhejiang province on 4 November, a company source said on Monday.

"The plant has been shut since 11 October for regular maintenance," the source said, adding that the plant is currently running at full capacity.

The company's other new 50,000 tonne/year SBR plant at the same site is scheduled for a trial run on 26 November, the source added.

Hangzhou Zhechen Rubber is a privately run SBR plant in China.
