India’s HPCL offers 20,000-25,000 tonnes naphtha for mid-November

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--India’s Hindustan Petroleum Corp Ltd (HPCL) has issued a tender to sell 20,000-25,000 tonnes of naphtha for loading in mid-November, traders said on Monday.

The cargo is due for loading from Mumbai on 16-18 November, they said.

The tender closes on 6 November, traders said.
