LONDON (ICIS)--European November epichlorohydrin (ECH) contract prices have dropped by €15-20/tonne ($19-26/tonne) to €1,620-1,650/tonne FD (free delivered) NWE (northwest Europe) because of a similar decrease in the price of feedstock propylene, sources said this week.

One buyer said it received reductions from both of the largest suppliers in Europe while another said its prices rolled over.

At first, producers planned to roll prices over, but because demand is so poor they needed to pass on the propylene drop.
