The centre will provide training and consulting programs on a contract basis, including trainings related to unconventional gas resource and technology issues, transmission and distribution issues, infrastructure, gas processing issues, environmental issues, and economic, policy and regulatory conditions to facilitate the successful development and distribution of China’s unconventional gas resources, SPT said in a statement.
A binding agreement is expected to be reached before 30 March 2013 to conduct the first training and consulting program, it said.
SPT Energy is a provider of inspection and monitoring service in oil and gas industry.
