SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Shanghai Sinopec Mitsui Chemicals is currently running its 120,000 tonne/year bisphenol-A (BPA) unit at 100% of capacitty after it was restarted on 9 November following a turnaround, a company source said on Monday.
The BPA unit at Caojing in Shanghai was shut for annual maintenance on 13 October, according to the company source.
Shanghai Sinopec Mitsui Chemicals is a joint venture between Chinese refining major Sinopec and Japan’s Mitsui Chemicals.
