SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Jiangyin He Shi Li’s 60,000 tonne/year polybutylene terephathalate (PBT) plant in Jiangyin, China, is currently undergoing maintenance, a company source said on Wednesday.

The plant consists of a 20,000 tonne/year line and a 40,000 tonne/year line.

The bigger line was shut last week and is expected to be down for a month of scheduled turnaround, the source said.

The smaller line, on the other hand, has been down since mid-October, with no definite restart date, the source said.
