LONDON (ICIS)--Germany-based LANXESS’ phthalic anhydride (PA) operations in Krefeld are in the ramp-up phase following a recent maintenance turnaround, a company source said on Wednesday.
A catalyst change was carried out on the PA facility in October. The unit is expected to return to normal operations by next week.
The plant has the nameplate capacity to produce 85,000 tonnes/year of PA, according to ICIS plants and projects database.
