Fire reported on Gulf of Mexico oil rig platform

HOUSTON (ICIS)--Coast Guard officials are investigating a fire at an oil drilling platform off the coast of Louisiana, local media reported on Friday. The reports say the rig is owned by Black Elk Energy.

The fire has killed two people, the reports said.
