SINGAPORE (ICIS)--China’s Yunwei Co has achieved on-spec products at its new 50,000 tonne/year maleic anhydride (MA) plant this week after the unit started up on 14 November, a company source said on Thursday.
The plant is located at Qujing city of Yunnan province in southwestern China, the source said.
Yunnan Yunwei spent yuan (SNY) 200m ($32m) to build the plant, the source said.
The company is a subsidiary of Yunnan Coal Chemical Industry Group.
