SINGAPORE (ICIS)--China’s Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum will supply 5.6m tonnes of oil products to PetroChina in 2013, a company source from Shaanxi Yanchang said on Thursday.

Yanchang Petroleum signed a supply agreement with PetroChina on 28 November, the source said.

The cooperation is expected to secure supply of oil products in northwest China market such as Shaanxi province, the source added.

This agreement, which combined the advantage of PetroChina’s position in the market with the superiority of Yanchang Petroleum in resource, will be a win-win situation, according to the source.
