India’s Reliance sells 55,000 tonnes naphtha for end-December

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--India’s Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL) has sold by tender 55,000 tonnes of naphtha for loading from Sikka on 24-28 December, traders said on Thursday.

The buyer was Hanwha and the deal for the cargo was done at a premium of $31.50/tonne (€24.25/tonne) to Middle East quotes FOB (free on board), they added.

In its previous tender, Reliance sold 55,000 tonnes of paraffinic naphtha for loading from Sikka on 10-15 December. The deal for the cargo was done at a premium of $47.50/tonne to Middle East quotes FOB and the buyer was Lukoil.
