CAMPINAS, Brazil (ICIS)--Brazil's state-run oil company Petrobras said on Thursday it may import more gasoline as a result of rising demand for the fuel.

The company said its gasoline imports are between 80,000 bbl/day and 90,000 bbl/day. Those could increase further during the Brazilian summer.

Petrobras has not determine the magnitude of any increase in gasoline imports.
