SINGAPORE (ICIS)–PetroChina has set its December contract prices for Daqing and Jidong crude at yuan (CNY) 5,727/tonne ($125.67/bbl) inclusive of tax, down by CNY147/tonne from the November settlement, a company source said on Monday.
The cut reflects weakening crude values in international markets, the company source added.
Daqing and Jidong crude account for 38% of PetroChina’s total crude output.
PetroChina’s December settlement prices for Huabei, Dagang and Changqing crude are at CNY130-150/tonne lower from the previous month at CNY5615/tonne, CNY5131/tonne and CNY5727/tonne respectively, the source said.
