SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Taiwan’s Formosa Petrochemical Corp (FPCC) reported on Tuesday a 21% year-on-year increase in November revenues at New Taiwan dollar (NT$) 83bn ($2.85bn), with petrochemical sales up by 17%.
The company generated NT$19.9bn in petrochemicals sales last month, accounting for 24% of the total revenues, data posted on FPCC’s website showed.
In January-November 2012, FPCC’s total revenue stood at NT$814.2bn, up by 11% compared with the same period last year.
FPCC is a major petrochemical producer in Taiwan. It operates three crackers in Mailiao with a combined ethylene capacity of 2.93m tonnes/year.
