DuPont shuts down Texas aniline unit, cites process upset

HOUSTON (ICIS)--DuPont has shut down its Beaumont aniline facility in Texas, citing a process upset in a public filing on Friday.

The company has 150,000 tonnes/year of capacity at the site.

No other details were available in the filing.

DuPont also produces 200,000 tonnes/year of nitrobenzene in Beaumont.
