LONDON (ICIS)--Perstorp has signed an agreement with Germany-based company Nordmann, Rassmann (NRC), to distribute its products in Bulgaria, Slovenia and Serbia, the Swedish specialty chemicals company said on Monday.
The extended distribution agreement came into effect during the second half of 2012, and encompasses Perstorp's polyalcohols, caprolactones, specialty polymers and coalescing agents.
The arrangement involves targeting small and medium-sized customers (SMEs) in the adhesives, resins and coatings, plastics and thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) sectors, according to Perstorp.
“With the positive results of the collaboration between our two companies in DACH [Germany, Austria and Switzerland], it was natural for us to consider NRC as our partner in these markets as well,” said Perstorp Regional Sales Manager Inna Scholz.
