HOUSTON (ICIS)--US Cytec Industries has appointed Michael Radossich president of its specialty chemicals businesses, which is comprised of in-process separation and additive technologies, the company said on Monday.
He will replace Frank Aranzana, who will lead the coating resins business that is being sold to Advent International. The move will become effective in January, pending the sale.
Radossich has served in several commercial and manufacturing leadership roles in the specialty chemical’s businesses, most recently as vice president of Cytec’s safety, health and environment organisation.
Cytec provides specialty chemicals and materials technologies used in aerospace composites, structural adhesives, automotive and industrial coatings, electronics, inks, mining and plastics.
