Russia's fertilizer and chemicals output down after 11 months of 2012

MOSCOW (ICIS)--Russia's production of fertilizers and petrochemicals fell in the first 11 months of 2012, the Russian statistical agency Rosstat said on Monday.

Mineral fertilizer output was down 5.7% year on year between January and November 2012 at 16.2m tonnes, it said. Ammonia production was down 1.8% at 12.5m tonnes.

Plastics output was down by 0.7% at 4.9m tonnes, while synthetic rubber production was 0.7% down at 1.3m tonnes.
