HOUSTON (ICIS)--Stockpiles for US jet fuel declined for the week ended 14 December even as consumption rates fell, a government agency’s report showed on Wednesday.
Jet fuel inventories fell by 60,000 bbl to 39.3m bbl, according to the US Energy Information Administration (EIA).
Meanwhile, jet fuel consumption was at 1.486m bbl/day, slightly lower from the previous week’s rate of 1.487m bbl/day, the EIA said.
US jet fuel production also fell last week, moving 0.4% lower to 1.488m bbl/day.
