SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Major Asian paraxylene (PX) producers have nominated their January Asian Contract Price (ACP) at $1,650/tonne (€1,254/tonne), $1,670/tonne and $1,690/tonne, which is $100-140/tonne higher than December ACP settlement.
A Japanese PX producer, Idemitsu Kosan and Nippon Energy nominated their ACP at $1,650/tonne CFR (cost & freight) Asia, market sources said.
The South Korean PX producer S-Oil nominated ACP at $1,670/tonne CFR Asia, end-users said
ExxonMobil announced its January PX ACP nomination at $1,690/tonne CFR Asia, according to its customers.
