SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Japan’s Mitsui Chemicals will be keeping the operating rates of its naphtha crackers unchanged at 75% capacity in January, a company source said on Friday.

“The run rates will be stable,” the source said.

Both its 617,000 tonne/year Chiba-based cracker and its 450,000 tonne/year Osaka-based cracker have been operating at 75% capacity throughout December, he added.
