Taiwan’s TPCC plans 10 January phenol/acetone plant restart

MELBOURNE (ICIS)--Taiwan Prosperity Chemical Corp (TPCC) plans to restart its phenol/acetone plant at Kaohsiung on 10 January following a turnaround, a company source said on Wednesday.
TPCC’s plant, which can produce 360,000 tonnes/year of phenol and 220,000 tonnes/year of acetone, was taken off line on 24 December to undergo maintenance. By: Trisha Huang
