SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Taiwan’s Nan Ya Plastics is currently operating its 115,000 tonne/year isononanol (INA) plant at Mailiao at full capacity, a source familiar with the matter said on Friday.

The unit was initially shut because of a shortage of feedstock to the unit, the source said without further elaboration.

The INA plant was restarted in end-December/early-January, the source added.

INA is one of the feedstock used in the production of dioctyl terephthalate (DOTP).
