Taiwan's TPCC to restart Kaohsiung MA plant on 5-6 January

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Taiwan Prosperity Chemical Corp (TPCC) plans to restart its 40,000 tonne/year maleic anhydride (MA) plant at Kaohsiung on 5-6 January, a company source said on Friday.

The plant was shut on 24 December last year for regular maintenance, the source said.

TPCC is currently holding its offers for January/February shipments until it achieves stable production at the plant following the restart, the source added.
