US ethylene contracts dropped by 1.7% for December, market sources said on Friday, as lower production costs last month outweighed an increase in spot prices.
US propylene producers seek hefty January contract increases
US propylene producers nominated increases of up to 23% for January, market sources said on Wednesday, seeking to capitalise on a surge in spot prices in the last few weeks of 2012.
