LONDON (ICIS)--Here is Tuesday’s midday European oil and chemical market summary from ICIS.

CRUDE: February WTI: $93.62/bbl, up 43 cents/bbl. February BRENT: $112.14/bbl, up 74 cents/bbl
Crude oil futures edged higher on Tuesday as investors awaited prospective positive trade data from China.

NAPHTHA: $934-938/tonne, up $5/tonne
The cargo range climbed from Monday afternoon, driven by higher crude oil prices. February swaps were assessed at $928-930/tonne.

BENZENE: $1,430-1,445/tonne, down $20-30/tonne
The market continued to ease off this morning alongside crude, as European benzene demand remains slow so far for January. February was valued at $1,410-1,445/tonne.

STYRENE: $1,680-1,700/tonne, down $10-15/tonne
Offers for January were at $1,700/tonne this morning, but were not met with any corresponding bids. Buyers were at $1,660/tonne for February, however, with a swap between the two months talked flat or at plus $15/tonne by sellers.
