India’s MRPL issues tender for 40,000 tonnes mid-Feb jet kerosene

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--India’s Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd (MRPL) has issued a tender offering 40,000 tonnes of jet kerosene for mid-February loading, according to a document issued by the company on Friday.

The cargo will be loaded from New Mangalore on the west coast of India on 18-20 February. The tender will close on 15 January, with validity until 16 January, MRPL said in the statement.

Previously MRPL awarded a tender offering 40,000 tonnes of jet kerosene for loading from New Mangalore on 28-30 January to BP at around Singapore market quotes minus $1.40/bbl (€1.05/bbl) FOB (free on board) New Mangalore, sources said.

No details were available regarding the results of another tender from MRPL offering 40,000 tonnes of 10-12 February-loading jet kerosene.
