SINGAPORE (ICIS)--S Korea’s S-Oil has sold a 20,000-tonne naphtha cargo to Japanese trading firm Marubeni for loading in the second half of February, traders said on Friday.

The deal for the cargo was done at a premium of $20/tonne (€15/tonne) to Japan quotes FOB (free on board), they said.

The cargo is of light naphtha grade, traders said.

S-Oil plans to shut its fluid catalytic cracker (FCC) unit at Onsan for a turnaround starting 1 July. The FCC unit, which has a nameplate propylene capacity of 200,000 tonnes/year, is expected to be off line until the first week of August.
