LONDON (ICIS)--A first and second European ethylene contract price settlement for February has been agreed at a rollover of €1,275/tonne ($1,723/tonne), a major producer said on Monday.
The initial settlement was between the major producer and two of its customers – one a major integrated consumer and the other a non-integrated consumer.
This was then followed by a second major producer and the major integrated consumer and two other non-integrated consumers.
Confirmation from all the above consumers is pending.
A rollover was widely anticipated and when fully confirmed will mark the fourth consecutive month at €1,275/tonne FD (free delivered) NWE (northwest Europe).
