SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Taiwanese refiner Formosa Petrochemical Corp (FPCC) issued a tender offering 300,000 barrels of jet kerosene for loading on 27-31 March, a company source said on Tuesday.

The cargo will load from port facilities at the FPCC refinery at Mailiao in Taiwan. The tender will close on 30 January, with bids staying valid until later that day.

Previously, FPCC awarded a tender offering 300,000 barrels of jet kerosene for loading on 16-20 February to a Japanese buyer at a very strong premium of around $1.20-1.50/bbl (€0.88-1.11/bbl) FOB (free on board) Mailiao to Singapore market quotes, the source said.

Premiums for February cargoes were buoyed by tight supplies in northeast Asia and strong demand from China.
