Taiwan’s FPCC settles Jan butadiene contract up by $195/tonne

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Taiwan’s Formosa Petrochemical Corp (FPCC) has settled its January butadiene (BD) contract at $1,700/tonne (€1,280/tonne), up by $195/tonne from December, a company source said on Friday.

The producer’s December contract was settled at $1,505/tonne, pipeline delivered.

FPCC’s monthly BD contract price is settled on a retroactive basis.
