LONDON (ICIS)--Here is Monday’s midday European oil and chemical market summary from ICIS.

CRUDE: March WTI: $95.50/bbl, down 22 cents/bbl. March BRENT: $118.35/bbl, down 55 cents/bbl
Crude prices eased off a little on the back of concerns over the eurozone economy, but they remained close to nine-month highs.

NAPHTHA: $978-1,000/tonne, down $5/tonne
The cargo range edged down on weaker crude oil values. March swaps were assessed at $961-964/tonne.

BENZENE: $1,415-1,440/tonne, up $5-10/tonne
February opened steady at $1,410-1,430/tonne amid subdued Asian activity over the Lunar New Year period, but gradually crept up as the morning progressed. March was valued flat with February.

STYRENE: $1,720-1,750/tonne, up $10/tonne on the sell side
February offers opened firmer at $1,750/tonne this morning, supported by stronger benzene numbers. March bids were at $1,750/tonne and there were no offers yet, an indication of the widening contango for the upcoming month.
