LONDON (ICIS)--Here is Wednesday’s midday European oil and chemical market summary from ICIS.

CRUDE: March WTI: $97.60/bbl, up 9 cents/bbl. March BRENT: $118.60/bbl, down 6 cents/bbl
Prices were little changed as traders awaited the US stock data from the Energy Information Administration to see if these would show similar draws to the figures from the American Petroleum Institute.

NAPHTHA: $992-994/tonne, up $9/tonne
The cargo range climbed from Tuesday afternoon, driven by higher crude oil prices and a stronger crack spread. March swaps were assessed at $972-974/tonne.

BENZENE: $1,410-1,430/tonne, steady
February was steady from yesterday’s close so far, with no clear direction coming from other regions. March and April were valued $5/tonne higher.

STYRENE: $1,700-1,740/tonne, widening
There were mixed signals in the market so far this morning, with February bids talked as low as $1,700/tonne, while offers were potentially higher, although firm numbers were scarce amid uncertainty surrounding the outlook for the current month.
