SINGAPORE (ICIS)--India’s Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd (MRPL) has sold by tender a 35,000 tonne naphtha cargo to Japanese trading firm ITOCHU for loading in the middle of March, traders said on Thursday.
The deal for the cargo was done at a premium of $68/tonne (€50/tonne) to Middle East quotes FOB (free on board), they added.
The cargo is scheduled for loading from the New Mangalore port on 14-16 March.
In its previous tender, MRPL sold a 35,000 tonne naphtha cargo to trading firm Vitol for loading from the New Mangalore port on 3-5 March, at a premium of around $44.50/tonne to Middle East quotes FOB.
