Indonesia’s Asian Agri biodiesel plant to restart in March

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Indonesia’s Asian Agri plans to restart its 400,000 tonne/year palm methyl ester (PME), or biodiesel, facility in March, a company source said on Thursday.

The plant was shut in early February for one month of maintenance, the source said.

Other PME producers include Wilmar and Musim Mas.
