SINGAPORE (ICIS)--China’s Formosa Ningbo restarted its 400,000 tonne/year polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plant in Zhejiang province on 17 February after completing its maintenance, a company source said on Monday.
The plant was shut for 10 days of maintenance from 6 February, the company source added.
Although the PVC plant has been restarted, its raw material supply was still tight, the company source said.
The producer will make fresh PVC offers on 19 February if the plant runs well, according to the company source.
