SINGAPORE (ICIS)--India's Finolex Industries Ltd (FIL) will restart its 130,000 tonnes/year polyvinyl chloride (PVC) facility at Ratnagiri in Maharashtra next week, a company source said on Friday.

The unit was shut on 4 March following a shortage of VCM supply.

VCM is one of the feedstocks used for the manufacture of PVC, the other being ethylene dichloride.
