HOUSTON (ICIS)--The restart of Phillips 66’s Sweeny refinery in Texas is progressing, a company spokesman confirmed on Monday.

The 247,000 bbl/day refinery lost power from a third-party power supplier on 10 March, which resulted in a temporary shutdown.

Company spokesman Rich Johnson did not specify which units were still shut.

The company said on 11 March that the restart process would take several days.
