HOUSTON (ICIS)--The hydrocracker unit at Valero’s Port Arthur refinery in Texas has restarted and is increasing to planned rates, a company spokesman said on Monday.
The unit at the 292,000 bbl/day refinery restarted over the weekend, Valero’s Bill Day said.
The hydrocracker was shut on 11 March to repair a compressor seal.
The same unit was shut from 27 February through 4 March after the external hydrogen supply was lost.
