EU 2012 BPA exports down 41% on 2011 - Eurostat

LONDON (ICIS)--The EU exported 41% less bisphenol A (BPA) to the rest of the world in 2012 than in 2011, trade statistics by Eurostat showed on Friday.

In December 2012 it exported 31 times more BPA than in December 2011.

Imports in 2012 were up by 31% against 2011.
However, the EU imported 34% less in December 2012 than in December 2011.
