SINGAPORE (ICIS)--South Korean producer Hanwha Chemical on Friday restarted its 80,000 tonne/year phthalic anhydride (PA) plant in Ulsan following an annual turnaround, according to a company source.
The plant’s restart was delayed from 17 March because of technical issues, the source said.
The unit was shut on 11 March for maintenance.
