China’s Qilu Petrochemical to shut cracker for April maintenance

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--China’s Qilu Petrochemical, a Sinopec subsidiary, plans to shut its cracker with an ethylene nameplate capacity of around 800,000 tonnes/year in Zibo, Shandong province for scheduled maintenance in April, a source close to the company said on Monday.

The turnaround is expected to start around 10 April and will last for one month, he added.
