MOVES: US Ashland's Kevin Willis to succeed Lamar Chambers as CFO

HOUSTON (ICIS)--US specialty chemicals producer Ashland announced on Monday that Kevin Willis will succeed Lamar Chambers as senior vice president and CFO, effective 3 May.

Willis will be responsible for worldwide financial functions and processes, as well as serve as a member of Ashland’s executive committee, the company said.

He joined Ashland in 1987 as an associate auditor and has served in various management positions, as well as treasurer and general auditor.

Chambers has served as senior vice president and CFO since 2008.

He joined Ashland in 1976 as a staff auditor and held several finance and operations leadership positions before spending four years as vice president and controller.

Chambers will remain on the management team as senior vice president until his retirement on 1 July.
