SINGAPORE (ICIS)--India’s Hindustan Petroleum Corp Ltd (HPCL) has floated a tender to sell 25,000-30,000 tonnes of naphtha for loading from Visakhapatnam port 15-17 April, traders said on Thursday.

The tender closes on 2 April, with the validity of the bids to stay valid on the same day, they added.

Open-spec first-half May contract closed higher at $942.50-944.50/tonne (€735-737/tonne) CFR (cost & freight) on 28 March because of higher crude futures, ICIS data showed.
