LONDON (ICIS)--Indian industrial group Fertilisers and Chemicals Travancore (FACT) has slightly amended the ammonia tender it announced last week, market sources disclosed on Tuesday.
The cargo must now arrive at the west coast port of Kochi (Cochin) for discharge between 22-25 April and bids must be submitted before 2.30pm local time on 4 April.
The original tender announced on 27 March was for delivery between 17-20 April and was due to close on 2 April.
FACT awarded its first ammonia tender of 2013 to Qatari marketer Muntajat – which sells fertilizer made by Qafco – at $590/tonne (€460/tonne) CFR (cost & freight). That cargo was delivered on the LPG tanker Almarona on 20 March.
