Sinopec Kanton completes acquisition of Dutch storage firm Vesta

SINGAPORE (ICIS)--Hong Kong-listed investment firm Sinopec Kantons Holdings announced on late Tuesday that its wholly owned subsidiary Sinomart Development has completed the €128.6m ($165m) acquisition of a 50% stake in Dutch storage firm Vesta Terminals.

The purchase agreement was completed on 2 April, Sinopec Kantons said in a statement.

Vesta operates bulk-liquid storage terminals with approximately 1.6 million cubic metres (mcm) of capacity in Europe.
